摘要 分析了教师沿袭传统教学模型的成因,教师在教学中的角色定位,以及新形式对教师的要求。提出了提高教师素质的途径,主要包括:转变教学思想,更新教学理念;给教师发挥教学自主权的空间;给教师提供交流平台;建立科学的教学评估机制等。 The causes of following the traditional teaching mode,teachers' role in teaching activity and the requirements for teachers under the new circumstances were analysed.The approaches to improve teachers' quality were put forward by means of updating teaching concept,encouraging teachers to display initiative in their teaching,offering opportunities for teachers to compare notes both on and outside the campus and setting up scientific teaching evaluation system.
