夏商周时期管理思想的产生

夏商周时期,中国先民已进入文明时代,尤其春秋战国时期乃中国历史上的“轴心时代”,经济疾进,社会发展迅猛,诸子百家风起云涌,学派林立,理论纷呈。管理思想不断生成,其代表人物有夏禹、周公、吕尚、李耳、庄周、孔丘、孟轲、荀况、孙武、孙膑、墨翟、韩非、子贡、白圭等。

As early as the period of Xia,Shang and Zhou Dynasty,the ancient people in China came into the age of civilization,expecially in the Spring and Autunm Period,economy and society developed rapidly during this time.Hundred schools of thought in ancient times appeared.There came several kinds of management ideas,at the same time,many scholars came into being who were distinguished from each other and each of whom has its own remarkable views.With the development of management ideas,there were some important representatives of the scholars such as Xiayu,Zhuogong,Lushang,Li'er,Zhuangzhuo,Kongqiu,Mengke,Xunkuang,Sunwu,Sunbin,Mozai,Hanfei,Zigong,Baigui,and so on.
