摘要 针对球团烧结链篦机过程被控对象复杂、数学模型不确定以及控制要求高等特点,提出一种基于球团烧结透气性软测量模型的专家控制方法,以提高球团烧结过程自动化控制水平,最终实现了球团烧结生产过程链篦机子系统的优化管理,优化控制和优化运行。 Aimed at the complexity of controled project,the uncertainty of the mathematical modal and the high requirements of control quality during the pellets sintering grate process,an intelligent optimization control method based on the permeability soft sensing model was proposed in order to improve the automation control level in pellets sintering process.It can finally realize the optimization management the optimization control and the optimization operation of grate subsystem in pellets sintering process.
