盐碱胁迫下羊草种子的萌发特性 被引量:29

Germination characteristics of Leymus chinensis seeds under salt-alkali stress on the Songnen Plain in China

摘要 对羊草Leymuschinensis种子在NaCl,Na2 CO3 和混合盐胁迫下的发芽率进行测定。在NaCl 12 5~6 0 0mmol/L ,Na2 CO3 12 5~ 15 0mmol/L和混合盐 37 5~ 2 5 0mmol/L条件下羊草的发芽率均高于对照 ,在NaCl,Na2 CO3 浓度为 12 5mmol/L ,混合盐 75mmol/L时发芽率最高 ,并且NaCl胁迫下的发芽率高于Na2 CO3 和混合盐 ,表明适宜的盐碱能促进种子发芽 ,中性盐更有助于促进种子发芽。方差分析表明羊草种子在 3种胁迫下的发芽响应已产生分化 ,发芽率的变异系数为 6 4 190 5 %~ 6 6 6 2 5 5 %。在不同环境条件下 ,羊草种子具有生态可塑性。 The germination rate was determined for Leymus chinensis seeds under NaCl, Na_2CO_3, and mixed salt stress. The germination rate was higher than the control for NaCl concentration of 12.5~600 mmol/L, Na_2CO_3 at 12.5~150 mmol/L and mixed salt at 37.5~250 mmol/L. Germination rate was highest when NaCl and Na_2CO_3 had a concentration of 12.5 mmol/L, and mixed salt had a concentration of 75 mmol/L. Germination rate was higher under NaCl stress than under Na_2CO_3 and mixed salt stress. It was shown that appropriate concentrations of salt-alkali can promote seed germination, and that neutral salt was the most suitable to promote seed germination. ANOVA analysis showed that the germination response of Leymus chinensis seeds under the three kinds of salt-alkali stress showed differentiation. The CV of germination rate was 64.1905%~66.6255%. Under different environmental conditions, Leymus chinensis seeds have ecological plasticity.
