一维晶格中电子本征态特征与动力学行为

摘要 研究了一维紧束缚模型中电子本征态波包在空间扩展的性质,分析了体系的本征态波函数的扩展行为与动力学行为的联系,比较了一维准周期Fibonacci模型及Anderson模型中本征态波函数空间扩展及几率分布特点.探索分析准周期系统动力学性质的方法. In this paper we have studied the spreading of an electronic wave packet one-dimensional tight-binding systems. Also we studied the relations between the spreading of an electronic wave packet and the system's dynamics behavior. We have compared the Fibonacci system with Anderson system in electronic wave functions and the probability density to find a method for analyzing the dynamics of quasiperiodic systems.
