Under the circumstance of enlarge the scale of enrolling new students successively,many university increase new teachers every year.So it becomes the key factor of teaching quality in regular college to how to improve teaching level of these new teachers.The article analyzed the now condition of teachers youth in universities from the view of a young teacher,and put forward the ways of improving teaching level for teachers youth.
