双黄连注射液对仔猪白痢的临床试验

Clinical Test of Shuanghuanglian Injection on White Scour of piglets

为验证双黄连注射液对仔猪白痢的临床疗效试验,采用人工诱发仔猪白痢的疾病模型,通过肌注给药方式进行治疗试验。结果表明在临床上治疗仔猪白痢时,按双黄连注射液的推荐用量0.2 ml/kg,肌注给药,一天两次,连用5 d,对治疗仔猪白痢能达到显著的治疗效果。

The experimentation,which is for validating the curative effect of curing the White Scour of piglets by Shuanghuanglian injection,carried through muscle injection.And it adopt the disease model which building by leading White Scour of piglets man-madely.The result indicate that it can reach the district curative effect by injecting Shuanghuanglian liquid,and the dosage is 0.2 ml/kg,twice a day for 5 days.
