对创新教育的几点思考

Thinks of the Innovative Education

创新教育不同于创造创新。创新教育本质是教育,创造创新本质是科研。创新教育也不同于素质教育。素质教育是基础,强调出"全才",创新教育是升华,强调出"奇才"。创新教育是以培养人的创新精神和创新能力为目标的一种教育指导思想,是教育发展的必然。创新教育不是对传统教育的全盘怀疑和否定,而是对其进行批判地继承和扬弃。创新教育既要提倡脚踏实地的工作作风,也要提倡"异想天开"的创新精神,既要从大处着眼,也要由小处着手。

The innovative education is different from creating innovation.The nature of the innovative education is education itself.And that of creating innovation is scientific research.The innovative education is also different from quality education.The quality education emphasizes on cultivating 'versatile persons';the innovative education is the distillation of education itself,which emphasizes on cultivating 'unusual talent'.The innovative education is one kind of guiding principle on education with fostering people's enterprising spirit and ability as target,and inexorable trend of the development of education.The traditional education couldn't be totally distrusted and repudiated but it will be critically carried forward and discarded by the innovative education.The innovative education needs to advocate down-to-earth style of work as well as 'indulge in the wildest fantasy',and keep the general goal in sight while taking hold of the detail tasks.
