摘要
我国民营企业在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用,但是由于种种原因,我国民营企业发展状况并不乐观。通过分析我国民营企业的发展现状及大多不能发展壮大的原因,最终得出民营企业的战略规划及执行战略规划时要注意的问题。
Private enterprise is bringing the important effect into play in china national economy,but the status of Private enterprise is not running well,because of a variety of reasons.The main reason of blocking development of Private enterprise is analysed in this thesis.Finally,we find the strategic plan of Private enterprise and the issues which we should pay attention to when performing the strategic plan.
