摘要
在新军事变革的大背景下,军队院校学员的管理者必须更新管理观念,把科学发展观贯穿到管理工作中,坚持以人为本,促进学员全面发展,为部队培养大量具有创新精神的高素质、复合型军事人才创造条件。提出了实现人性化管理的必要性和措施。
To keep pace with the up-to-date military reform,the administrators of the students of the military university must refresh their administrative theory,implementing the scientific outlook on development to the present work,persisiting in the theory of putting people first,promoting the development of the students in all respects,while cultivating a huge amount of talented students equipping with the creative minds and combined military skills.This paper provides you the necessity and measures of the theory of putting people first in perspective from the features of classic administrative modes and weakness.
