从人性的角度,教育心理学的角度,推进素质教育的角度进行分析后,更加明白学生是学习和发展的主体。关注学生的个体差异和不同的学习需求爱护学生的好奇心、求知欲,充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式势在必行。教师在组织教学时就应该时刻围绕这一新理念展开。无论是教学内容的确定,还是教学方法的选择,都应有助于这种学习方式的形成。

After analysis on the humanity and educational psychology,we fully realize that students are the main part of studying and developing in order to advance the education.It is important for us to pay more attention to the differences among individuals and to show care for students' thirst for knowledge.It is also very necessary that we should propose a kind of new way of learning which is autonomous,cooperative and inquisitive so as to stimulate students'initiative consciousness and enterprising spirit.The teacher should make full use of this new theory to help students change the old way of learning.No matter what kind of contents are defined or methods are selected,they should be useful to form the new way of leaning.
