摘要
为了模拟企业员工行为,设计了一套定性模拟方法。从复杂管理领域的各种现象中归纳振荡-均衡规律,即员工工作行为的选择,是受社会场引力和代价引力的吸引,而出现了振荡,并逐渐达到均衡的过程。借鉴Q SIM和因果关系图方法,设计了变量、变量间作用关系和两种引力的表述方法。基于此设计了振荡-均衡定性模拟方法,包括状态转换规则、过滤原理和模拟引擎。M atlab6.10和VB6.0用来编程实现引力的表述、区间转换和模拟结果的显示。对该方法进行了确认,并用于一个员工管理策略选择的示例,通过确认和应用的反复实验,表明本文的定性模拟方法能够描述和预测员工工作行为的变化过程。
To simulate employee group work behavior,a qualitative simulation method is designed.The oscillation-equilibrium phenomena is proposed,in which the work behaviors are regarded as the oscillation between society field gravitation and cost gravitation,then regress to the equilibrium where both of society field and cost are taken into account.According to QSIM and causal reasoning,the description method of variables,causality and two gravitations are designed.Based on that,qualitative simulation methods including state transform rule,filter and simulation engine are designed.Matlab 6.10 and VB 6.0 are used to code description method,interval transform rule and graphs of simulation results.Validation of the methods is performed.An example of application to decision support on employee management is illustrated.Simulation results show the proposed methods are able to describe and forecast the change process of employee work behaviors.
