100例“抑郁发作”首次住院药物治疗分析

Analysis of drug therapy of first hospitalization of 100 patients with depressive episode

目的 了解“抑郁发作”患者首次住院应用抗抑郁药及合并用药情况 ,以便对临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用CCMD 3,对 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月份 ,在我院首次住院 ,诊断为“抑郁发作”的患者 ,男女各 5 0例 ,对患者临床应用的抗抑郁药和合并用药的分布、频度及副反应进行分析。结果 首次住院的“抑郁发作”患者在使用抗抑郁药物治疗中 ,其药物的品种、使用频度均在逐年变化 ,第一代抗抑郁药物使用频度逐年下降 ,而第二代抗抑郁药物则逐年上升 ;第一代抗抑郁药副反应大于第二代抗抑郁药 ,两代抗抑郁药联合应用 ,疗效并不增加 ,而副反应明显大于单一用药 ;苯二氮 卓艹 类药物较普遍 ,占 88 0 0 %以上。结论 “抑郁发作”首次住院患者的抗抑郁药临床应用基本合理 ,疗效确切。第二代抗郁药越来越多的被临床医生和患者接受 ,其用药比例逐年增加。苯二氮 卓艹 类药物在抗抑郁治疗中有滥用之势 。

Objectives: To analyse the antidepressants and combined drug therapy for the first hospitalization of patients with depressive episode. Method: The drug therapy of 50 male patients and female patients from 1997.1 to 2002.6 who met the criteria of CCMD 3 for depressive seisode were analysed. Results: The second generation of antidepressants were used more common compared to the first one. Benzodiazepine was widely used. Conclusion: The clinical use of antidepressants was rational and that of the second generation of antidepressant increased yearly.
