认知疗法治疗“网络成瘾障碍”1例报告 被引量：8

摘要 近来,一些由于过度使用网络而引发心理障碍的报道,陆续见于国内外媒体,心理门诊中因过度使用网络导致情绪障碍、家庭矛盾、学习下降、社会适应等问题的来访者也日益增多,南昌市豫章中学17岁学生余斌因迷恋上网,过度劳累而猝死网吧的事件;北京蓝极速网吧青少年纵火致多人伤亡事件被报道后,在社会上引发了强迫反响.社会各界开始关注过度使用网络而导致的心理障碍,本人在心理门诊中先后咨询、治疗了多例网络成隐障碍患者,现将1例典型病例的治疗过程叙述如下,和同道们一同探讨.
