抗肾衰胶囊的实验研究

Experimental Research on Anti-nephroexhaustion Capsule

验证了抗肾衰胶囊对腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）的治疗作用。实验结果表明：抗肾衰胶囊能明显降低腺嘌呤所致大鼠CRF尿素氮（BUN），血肌酐（Scr）含量，能提高其血红蛋白（Hb），红细胞数（RBC）。

This paper validated that anti-nephroexhaustion capsule has treatment effects on ERFof rats caused by adenine. The results of experiments showed that anti-nephroexhaustion capsule can obviously decreased CRF BUN and contents of Scr of rats caused by adenine, it can also increased amounts of Hb and RBC of rats.
