摘要
介绍了如何利用单片机采集到的光电传感器信号来计算包装材料的单元长度及包装材料的进给速度,利用两个单片机的相互通讯实现两个步进电机的同步工作。通过对切刀切取位置的比较,使供料步进电机工作在补偿状态,以抵消传动机构的误差及包装材料的伸缩性误差。
This paper introduced how to calculate the unit-length and the feeding speed of packaging materials by using photoelectricity sensor signal collected by the SCM, and realized synchronous of walking-electromotors by using communication between two SCM, Comparing with the Location of cutting, to counteract the errors of the transmission machine and retractility of the packaging materials by sending the walking-electromotors in to the compensated condition.
