This paper described a development process of network accounting system.This system utilized developing function of VC++6.0.It has good compatible function with wid-ows system.All this predicts it will have use value for a long time.when this system was de-vleoping the designer had considered the strengthen function for future.In order to meet the kind of need they were working hard on code design,which also provided for farther develop-ment.
