摘要
用pH电位法测定了Pt(Ⅱ)与腺苷5'-三磷酸(ATP)的三元混配配合物Pt(A)(ATP)n-(杂环碱A=PhenBpyTrpn=2或3)在水溶液中的稳定常数(I=0.1mol/L,KNO3;25℃)。比较了三元混配配合物和二元配合物的稳定性大小,其差值△lgKPt要比预期的统计值△lgKst大。这种三元混配配合物稳定性的增加可归因于π-酸-π-碱之间的合作效应和配体分子间的芳环堆积效应。
the stability constants of the ternary mixed-ligand complexes Pt (A)(ATP) n- (A=Phen,Bpy,Trp;ATP=adenosine5'-triphosphate;n=2or 3)have been determined by potentiometric pH titration in dilute aqueous solution (I=0.1mol/L,KNO 3 ;25℃).The difference of stability between the ternary complexes and the binary complexes has been compared and discussed,which is greater than the expected value of △lgK st .This increasing stability is due to the cooperative effect of π-acid-π-base and the intramolecular aromatic-ring stacking interatction in the ternary mixed-ligand complexes.
