自制动脉瘤夹和优质进口动脉瘤夹机械性能对比性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验对自制动脉瘤夹和优质进口动脉瘤夹的机械性能进行对比性的研究。分组:试验共分两组,实验组和对照组。两组分别选用自制动脉瘤夹和优质进口动脉瘤夹,夹闭力为110g-200g,叶片宽均为1.2mm。方法:1)使用Fink防滑测试系统检测动脉瘤夹的防滑能力;2)反复开闭动脉瘤夹100次;保持固定的角度张开个月。测其夹闭力损失情况;3)固定旋转扭曲动脉瘤夹观察其有无叶片不合。结果:1)两组动脉瘤夹抗防滑能力均285mmHgc(P>0.05);2)抗疲劳试验后脉瘤夹闭力损失情况试验组:3.5±1.0g;对照组4.0±1.1g(RiditanalysisP>0.05);3)两组动脉瘤夹均无扭曲。结论:自制动脉瘤夹优质进口动脉瘤夹机械性能方面无显著差异。 Objective:Comparative studies on mechanic properties were carried out in two experiment groups:test group and control group which adopt self-made aneursym clips and high-quality imported aneurysm clips respectively.All clips possessed with same width blade and clip force range from110g-200g.Methods:1.With Fink anti-slippage system,the ability to resist slippage in two group were measured.2.Repeatedly open and close clips one hun-dred times and keep aneursym clips open at fixed angle for three months to test their reduction in force loss.3.Fix and rotate clips to observe if the dislocation of blades occur.Results:1.The resistance ability to slippage of two groups clips were all over285mmHg (P more than0.05);2.Reduction in loss of clips forces in experiment,test group3.5group:3.5±1.0g,control group:4.0±1.1g(Ridit analysis P more than0.05);3.The blades of clips keep right position.Conclusion:The self-made aneurysm clips have no obvious different s with high-quality im-ported in mechnasim function.
