摘要
二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI) ,广泛应用于聚氨酯生产中的一种活泼的化学物质 ,目前被认为是化学性职业哮喘的最大诱因 .综述了TDI引起的哮喘的免疫病理学机制的研究近况 .TDI的生物靶标、致敏能力、气道炎症反应的特点和反应的细胞位点都是了解TDI毒性和疾病的基础 ;阐述了TDI引起的体液免疫应答和细胞免疫应答 ,以及体外的氧化反应、树突状细胞的转移 ,探讨了其免疫病理学根源 ;介绍了TDI哮喘的基因及其表达的改变 .
Tolune diisocyanate(TDI), highly reactive chemicals used in the production of polyurethane, are currently the most reported cause of chemically induced occupational asthma Summarizes the immunopathogenesis of the TDI- induced asthma Knowledge of the target biomolecule of TDI, the sensitizing potency, the character of airway inflammatory reaction, and the cellular sites of reaction are fundamental to understanding TDI toxicity and disease The TDI-induced humoral and cell immune response, the oxidative function in vitro, and the migration of dendritic cells will be described and their potential contributions to immunopathogenesis discussed The changes of gene expression on TDI-induced asthma will be emphasized at last It is anticipated that greater understanding of the immunopathogenesis of TDI-induced asthma, should contribute to useful marker of TDI exposure and clinically early disease of the occupational asthma
