摘要
通过苏云金杆菌H3- 1 1 1菌株摇瓶培养液对蓑蛾进行室内毒力测定 ,4 8h毒力回归方程为y=4 1 94 0 +3 31 85x ,r =0 95 31 ,LC5 0 =0 0 0 0 0 2 5 7,与标准品比较其生物效价为 4 86 2 93IU·mg- 1 ,有较高的毒效 ;同时经大田试验表明BtH3- 1 1 1菌株防治蓑蛾高峰期在药后 72~ 96h ,稀释 5 0 0~1 0 0 0倍的防效达 92 4 6 %~ 95 1 5 % ,超过化学农药DDVP的最高防效 (85 0 7% ) 。
Discussed new Bacillus thuringiensis mutant strain H3-111.Toxic regression equation for BtH3-111 on Canephora asiatica in laboratory test as follows: y=4 194 0+3 318 5x,r=0 953 1, LC50=0.000 025 7,and compared with standard sample(HD-1-S-1982),efficacy is 4 862 93 IU·mg -1 ;It is shown in field test that control peak of BtH3-111 on Canephora asiatica is 72~96 h of post spraying with 92 46%~95 15% of mortality in dilution of 500-1 000-fold aqueous, slightly higher that of DDVP(85 07%).It may be substituted DDVP for the control of Canephora asiatica.
