摘要
目的 研究双黄连粉针剂的主要有效成分黄芩甙的药代动力学 方法 实验采用反相高效液相法,对静脉注射双黄连粉针剂的家兔血药浓度进行检测,对所得数据用3P87程序进行分析 结果 家兔体内Baicalin的血药浓度随时间的变化符合开放式二室模型,其相应的各药动学参数为A:0 30207mg mL、α:12 35416h-1、B:0 17996mg mL、β:1 87489h-1、t1 2α:0 05611h、t1 2β:0 3697h 结论 黄芩甙在家兔体内为快速分布。
