摘要
考察了臭氧化对造纸废水中COD的去除和BOD COD比的影响,通过试验证明臭氧化可以彻底氧化造纸废水中部分有机物质为CO2和H2O,同时也能增加造纸废水的可生化性,提高BOD COD比,而且随着投加量的增加去除效果也随之增加.根据试验分析,有机物的臭氧化主要由直接反应(D反应)和间接反应(R反应)来完成.在造纸废水中间接反应产生的·OH自由基被CO2-3和HCO-3消耗而弱化,因而废水COD的去除主要是直接反应作用的结果.
Investigated effects of ozone oxidation on COD removal and B/C of pulping wastewater in this experiment. The results indicated that ozone could oxidize some organic matters of the wastewater to CO2 and H2O completely and could improve the BOD/COD ratio of the wastewater. The more was the ozone, the more COD removal was. Direct reaction and indirect reaction carried out the ozone oxidization reaction of organic matter. Concerning pulping wastewater here, because CO2-3 and HCO-3 consumed OH- produced by indirect reaction, COD removal was mainly the result of direct reaction.
