正相色谱法分离纯化紫杉醇工艺过程的研究

摘要 紫杉醇是一种具有独特抗癌机制的天然产物,介绍了正相色谱法分离纯化紫杉醇工艺的全过程.该工艺分离纯化过程以正相色谱分离纯化为主要过程、由正己烷固液萃取、碱洗、一次层析、一次结晶、溴加成、二次层析和二次结晶7个单元操作过程组成.紫杉醇纯化全过程的总收率为收率69%.纯度99.07% Paclitaxel is a natural production, which has special mechanism of cancer-resist. Introduced the full techniques process of separating and purifying paclitaxel by NP-HFLC. Separating and purifying, solid-liquid extraction separated the techniques into 7 units that concluded a main process by nhexane, alkali treatment, primary chromatography, primary crystallization, brominating, secondary chromatography and secondary crystallization. The total receive ratio and the purity of the paclitaxel purifying process was 69% and 99.07%, respectively.
