摘要
从经济运行的条件、状态和成果等全过程考察了经济活动的质量问题,建立了由15个代表性统计指标构成的综合评价指标体系.对各项指标的核算及量化标准进行了系统研究.采用AHP方法对各层各类及每个指标权重进行计算.提出各类及总的经济质量指数的计算思想和公式.
From the terms of economical operation, state and achievement, investigated the quality problems of the economic activity, built up the comprehensive appraisal system that formed of 15 representatives statistics indexes. Studied the calculation and quality standard of every index systematically. Explained a layer of all kinds of and AHP method calculated each index weight. Put forward the calculation thought and formula of all kinds of total economic performance figures.
