摘要
知识经济和信息技术的迅猛发展,导致社会经济结构的快速变革,使个人能力与组织形式不一致而形成压力.压力会导致严重的组织和个人健康风险和经营成本的增加.要解决这一问题必须采取两方面策略,一是通过压力管理帮助个人处理压力,二是通过组织变革帮助组织对抗压力.
The stress is attributed to the disaccord between individual capacity and organization structure, due to the whirly development of knowledgebased economy and information technology, and the rapidly change of socioeconomic structure. It would increase serious health risk and managerial cost for organization and individual. There are two key strategies to resolving stress and health risk, one is to help individual coping stress through stress management, and another is to help organization releasing stress through organization change.
