摘要 研究了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)对小鼠肺内嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的影响和肺内一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)含量的变化,结果显示,TDI可引起肺内EOS的浸润,导致肺内NO水平的升高,诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)活性增加,二者呈显著性正相关关系. This experiment mainly studied the effect of tolylene diisocyanate on eosinophils, nitic oxide and NOS in lung of mice. The results showed that TDI indused the eosinophilia,contributing to the level of nitic oxide and i-NOS.
