分析我国高寒地区机车的运用状况,指出电力机车在低温环境下所面临的问题,并从机车的低温试验、关键部件、相关材料以及防寒加热等方面,提出电力机车防寒设计的技术措施。

Analyses the operation condition of locomotive in extremely cold areas,brings forward issues which electric locomotives face in low temperature condition,and expatiates technique project on temperature test,key com-ponents,correlative material and heating ways,provides technique measures for cold-proof of electric locomotive.
