摘要
阐述了我国电力机车管路系统目前采取的防寒措施及其缺陷,并通过对压缩空气的热力学分析,解释了管路出现凝结水的原因,提出了整个空气管路系统除特殊部位外,总风缸以后的管路不需要加装电热套和保温管的建议。
The paper expounds the cold-proof methods and its limitations on electric locomotive at pre sent in Chi na.According to the energetics analysis of compressed air,the reasons why water is formed in the pipeline are explained.At last the suggestion is advanced that it is no use to add some heating covers on the pipeline fol-low ing the main reservior except some special places.
