飞行人员16项血细胞指标分析

Analysis of 16 BC Indexes on Pilots

目的 了解长期飞行对人体血液系统有无影响。方法 采用MEK 5 10 8K血细胞分析仪 ,对 82名健康疗养飞行人员进行了 16项血细胞指标检测 ,并与地面健康人进行了对照分析。结果 飞行组LY ,LY % ,HGB ,MCH ,MCHC ,PLT ,PCT ,MPV ,PDW明显高于对照组 ;2 5～ 34岁年龄组飞行员RBC ,HGB ,HCT ,MCV ,MCH ,MCHC ,RDW ,PLT ,PCT ,MPV ,PDW明显高于 45～ 5 4岁年龄组飞行员。结论 提示长期飞行对人体血液系统无影响。
