摘要
目的 探讨褐藻硫酸多糖对双歧杆菌增殖的促进作用。方法 选用BS培养基 ,采取试管法 ,试验褐藻硫酸多糖(冷提取物SPC)对青春双歧杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌增殖的影响。结果 SPC在实验浓度下 ,对两种双歧杆菌体外增殖均有明显的促进作用。实验组与对照组比 ,有显著 (P <0 .0 5 )和非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,且呈量效关系。
Objective To investigate the action of SPC on bifidobacterium proliferation Method Measuring the effects of cold refinement of SPC on B adolesentis and B infantis in two parallel test tubes with BS culture liquid Result SPC can, under test concentration, obviously promote the proliferating of B adolescentis and B infantis in testing group The difference of the effects in testing group compared with that in control group is significant( P <0.05 and P <0.01, respectively) Furthermore, the effects parallel to SPC dosage being used Conclusion SPC is an Effective bifidobacterium growth promoting factor
