细菌药敏试验比色法的探讨

目的 通过对细菌药敏试验比色法的探讨 ,在药物敏感试验方法学上研究出新的敏感方法。方法 用大肠埃希菌及铜绿假单胞菌标准菌株进行药物敏感试验 ,用比色法与常规的琼脂扩散法相对照。结果 比色法药敏试验与琼脂扩散法结果基本相同。结论 比色法的优点是可测定其OD吸收值 ,根据OD值的大小 ,决定药物敏感的程度 ,便于动态观察 ,起到半定量的作用 ,探索了半自动细菌敏感测定技术的实验研究方法和程序 。
