目的 研制CHIRON 840 ,85 0血气分析仪定标液。方法 在对进口原装定标液的组成成分及理化特性进行分析的基础上 ,自行设计配方配制 ,并反复与进口试剂对比调整。结果 研制定标液测试的精密度良好 ,重复测定的变异系数(CV)为 0 0 4%～ 0 49% ,K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca 四种离子的平均回收率分别为 :10 0 9% ,10 0 3 % ,10 0 8% ,98 3%。与进口定标液对比检测 40份标本 ,有良好的相关性 ,相关系数分别为pH ,r =0 .9991;K+,r=0 .9990 ;Na+,r =0 .990 8;Cl-,r =0 .9898;Ca ,r=0 .9972。结论 自研血气分析仪定标液可替代进口试剂应用。
