甲状腺功能亢进患者治疗前后心电图P波振幅测定的临床意义

Measurement Significance of ECG P Wave Amplitude Changes before and after Therapy in Hyperthyroid Patient

目的 观察甲亢患者治疗前后心电图P波振幅的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法 对 70例患者分别做治疗前和治疗后 6～ 8周心电图P波振幅的测定。结果 随着病情的好转 ,P波振幅降到正常。结论 心电图P波振幅的变化可以作为评价疗效的指标。

Objective To observe ECG P wave amplitude changes before and after therapy in hyperthyroid patient and to explore its clinical significance. Method The measurement of P wave amplitude were respectively performed before and after 6—18 weeks therapy in 70 cases with hyperthyriodism. Result As the patientis were getting better P wave turned normal. Conclusion ECG P wave amplitude changes are a useful standard in evaluating hyperthyroidism therapy.
