腹膜透析36例透析充分性临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 36 Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的 探讨以尿素清除指数 (KT/V)、白蛋白 (Alb)及蛋白分解率 (PCR)为指标 ,制定合理的透析方案。方法 据KT/V ,Alb ,PCR值对 36例患者透析充分性进行分析 ,对不同患者制定不同的、合理的透析方案。结果 对于透析充分、营养良好的患者继续CAPD治疗 ,对于透析不充分、营养不良的患者 ,采取加强透析、加强营养或改血透治疗。结论 以KT/V ,Alb ,PCR为指标 ,可调整患者腹透方案 ,提高病人生活质量。

Objective Using KT/V, Alb, PCR as indexes to make a proper, entire scheme for peritoneal dialysis. Method According to the data of the above indexes to analyze 36 PD patients, then an entire, reasonable scheme was made. Result Patients with ample dialysis and good nutrition continued CAPD treatment, those with unample dialysis and bad nutrition should recieve a nutrition supplement and increase dialysis quantity, or be transferred to hemodialysis. Conclusion According to the above indexes. A reasonable PD proposal can be made to improve the living quality of PD patients.
