肾移植病人术后感染的常规诊治研究

Study on Conventional Diagnosis and Treatment of Postoperative Infection for Renal Transplantation Patients

目的 分析肾移植病人术后感染的临床特点、诊断线索与疗效。方法 对肾移植术后发生各种感染及其并发症的病人的相关临床资料进行统计。结果 肾移植术后感染的病人在症状特点、临床表现、实验检查等方面较普通病人的感染都具有显著的特殊性。结论 肾移植病人为免疫抑制剂致免疫功能低下的特殊病人 ,感染程度与临床表现不符 ,感染时机体反应无力或反应不能持续 ,规律性强 ,可表现为长期低热。

Objective To study the clinical characteristic and effect of infection for the patients of allograft renal transplantation postoperation, and the mutual relation, prevention and treatment of complication. To establish the diagnosis clue of infection. Method The statistic data was made for the kidney transplantation patients with different infection and complication aften transplant operation. Result The symptom characteristic, clinical manifestation and laboratory testing results of infected patients after renal transplant operation showed remarkable particularity as compared with those of common patients. Conclusion The renal transplantation patients belong to the special cases of whom immunosuppressive caused immunitiy function much lower, for whom, infection extent did not tally with clinical manifestation, human body was faint of responsibility, or human body's response was not capable of continuation. Clinical manifestation regularity was strong. There was unknown reason low fever for a long time.
