Analysis of Nutritional Component of Maize Pollen

目的 了解玉米花粉的营养成分。方法 用常规方法测定玉米花粉的糖含量 ,氨基酸含量及微量元素含量。结果 发现玉米花粉糖 ,氨基酸及微量元素含量丰富 ,氨基酸及微量元素种类齐全。结论 玉米花粉可以代替蜂花粉作为一种保健营养品。

Objective To understand the nutrition of Maize pollen. Method The methods are general experimental methods. Result The results showed that the Maize pollen contains abundant sugar animo acid and rare elements; the kinds of amino acid and rare element are various. Conclusion the Maize pollen is a value nutritional substance and it can replace the pollen collected by bees.
