摘要
通过对1991-2002年闹海地区“闹海风”实况资料、环流背景和产生的基本天气条件进行了分析,结果表明:“闹海风”是一种回流性偏东大风并伴有吹雪、雪暴等天气,每年在8.5d左右波动,与冷暖空气的活动密切相关;T213数值产品的释用为“闹海风”天气的预报提供了帮助。
Based on the analysis of observation data,circumfluence background,and weather conditions favorable for 'Regional East Gale' from 1991 to 2002 in the Aletai region.The results showed that the 'Regional East Gale' is a return current east gale with blowing snow and heavy snow,about 8.5 days every year,tightly related with acting of cold-warm air.The interpretation T213 production is great helpful to forecast 'Regional East Gale'.
