小城镇建设是个大战略。从马克思主义的观点出发 ,借鉴国内外小城镇建设的成功经验 ,运用现代经济学关于“增长极”的理论 ,系统地分析了我国小城镇建设的现状和问题 ,提出了小城镇建设的战略思想和相应的对策措施。

The construction of Small Towns is a big strategy. Starting with the viewpoints of Marxism, borrowing ideas from the experiences of Small Town construction abroad and applying the theory on 'growth pole' in modern economics, this paper analyses the status quo of and problems in the construction of small towns and puts forward the strategic thoughts and countermeasures.
