高校扩招形势下的专业柔性化探讨

Discussion on the Flexiblization of Specialties in the Situation of Enrollment Expansion in Colleges and Universities

针对高校扩招之后学生基础参差不齐的现状 ,为贯彻“因材施教” ,保证教学质量 ,在学科专业建设上 ,提出实施专业柔性化。并就专业柔性化的内涵、实施专业柔性化的意义、实施专业柔性化与实施学分制的关系、实施专业柔性化的措施进行论述。希望以此为契机 ,推动高校的学科专业建设。

In order to ensure the teaching quality and carry out 'Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude' after the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the implementation of specialty flexiblization in the construction of disciplinary specialties, and discusses the connotations of specialty flexiblization, the significance of implementing specialty flexiblization, the relationship between the implementation of specialty flexiblization and the implementation of credit system, and the measures to implement specialty flexiblization, hopefully, to promote the construction of specialty of disciplines of colleges and universities.
