重庆市实施“走出去”战略的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures as to the Implementation of "Going out" Strategy in Chongqing

面对中国加入WTO的大好时机 ,重庆如何借助这个机遇 ,根据重庆市自身的发展优势 ,实施“走出去”发展战略 ,对重庆经济的发展具有重要的意义。为此 ,在对重庆市实施“走出去”战略的现状及存在问题进行分析的基础上 ,提出了明确的对策建议。

It is of great significance to the development of Chogqing's economy if Chongqing takes the good opportunity of China's entry into the WTO to implement 'Going out' developing strategy according to the advantages in itself in the development of Chongqing. By analyzing the present situation and problems in the implement of the strategy this paper puts some concrete countermeasures.
