摘要
介绍了在大型变压器的装配生产中所使用的装配工具———超高压油缸BSY - 6 3及其液压系统的设计。同时就设计中一些技术问题和如何提高产品的可靠性、准确性、经济性等方面进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the design of superpressure hydro-cylinder BSY-63 and its hydraulic pressure system——the assembling tools used in the assembly and production of large-scale transformers. In the meantime, it discusses some technical problems in the design and the ways to improve the liability, accuracy, and economic performance of products.
