摘要
研制和开发的 2 5 0 0KN电机转子压铸机液压系统用于中小型电机转子压铸的转子上料、转子压铸、退假轴、转子卸料等一系列工序 ,完成电机转子压铸生产工艺的全过程。通过机、液、电的联合控制 ,实现全流程机械自动化生产。
In this paper, a hydraulic system of 2500KN die-casting machine for motor rotors is developed, which can be applied in the whole process of die-casting production of moderate and compact type of motor rotors, such as rotor charging, rotor die-casting, discharging false axis, rotor discharging. The whole flow of automatic production is realized through integrated control of machinery, hydraulics and electricity.
