摘要
集三环减速器和摆线针轮传动的优点 ,而克服用内啮合齿轮易干涉、只能做成软齿面等的缺点 ,提出了平行轴摆线针轮减速器 ,通过对这种新型传动的工作原理、结构特点及样机性能试验结果的分析表明 ,该传动装置在低速重负荷时有显著的优越性。
This paper develops cycloid pinwheel planetary reducer with parallel axis, which retains the advantages of three-ring reducer and cycloid pinwheel planetary transmission such as heavy capacity and high transmission ratio and overcomes such defects as easy interference and only tempered tooth flank from using inner mesh gear. Theoretical and experimental investigations of the sample prove that the cycloid pinwheel planetary drive possesses remarkable superiority in such work conditions as low rotate speed, heavy load and big torque.
