21世纪我国中小企业竞争态势及发展战略取向探索

摘要 通过全面分析我国中小企业在国民经济中的重要地位和作用及其面临的竞争形势 ,提出了我国中小企业在迈入 2 1世纪后可供选择的发展战略取向 ,主要是合作战略、差异战略、品牌战略、资源优先战略、海外拓展战略。同时 ,主要通过政府的参与 ,调动社会各方面的力量 ,为中小企业的发展构建良好的服务体系、营造良好的外部环境。 By analyzing the important role they play in our national economy and the competitive state they face, this paper suggests the developing strategy orientation for the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, i.e., cooperative strategy, divergent strategy, brand strategy, resource preferential strategy and overseas expanding strategy. Meanwhile, with government's participation and efforts form every corner of society, a desirable service system and preferable external environment should be established for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Only in this way can the small and medium-sized enterprises in China gain prosperity and make greater contribution.
