在对我国现有建筑工程评标定标方法的优缺点进行分析的基础上 ,介绍了合理最低价评标定标法的含义及特点 ,并探讨了其法律依据 ,运用这种方法评标定标的前提和保障机制 ,最后指出采用合理最低价评标定标法是国际发展的必然趋势。

bid-evaluating methods in construction works, this paper introduces the connotations and characteristics of Reasonable Minimum Price Bid-evaluating Method, discusses its legal bases, the premises and guarantee system of applying this method, and finally points out that adopting this method is the inevitable tendency.
