Transformation of Governmental Function after China's Eatery into the WTO

中国加入世贸组织 ,受到最大冲击的是政府的现行管理体制 ,迫切要求加快各级政府部门经济管理职能的转变。为此 ,在阐述加入世贸组织后各级政府面临的挑战和政府管理职能的转变基础上 ,着重探讨了地方政府管理方式的转变和如何提高政府管理水平 。

After China enters the WTO, the present management system of government is impacted first. Therefore, it's urgent to speed up the functional transformation of economical management in every level of government department. Based on the explanation of challenges the government of all levels faces and the transformation of governmental function, this paper probes into the changes of management patterns of local government, the measures to promote management standards for the government and to further local economical development.
