摘要
用迈克尔逊干涉仪的点光源非定域干涉测氦氖激光的波长时 ,其值总是偏大。笔者通过理论分析并结合具体实验找出产生误差的主要原因是由于两主镜面M1和M2 无法严格垂直造成的。
The wavelength value of He-Ne Laser tends to be big when measured with pointolite non-localized interference of Michelson interferometer. The cause of the error is spotted in this paper by means of analysis and practical experiments, i.e. being non-vertical between M1 and M2. Thus the best region of wavelength measured by Michelson interferometer is proposed.
