Analysis on the Investing Model of Agriculture Human Capital in China

运用人力资本理论 ,结合我国实际 ,对农业人力资本进行了类型划分 ,提出一般型、技能型、管理型农业人力资本的划分方式 ,从而进一步探讨和分析了农业人力资本的投资模式 ,从正规教育、卫生保健、技能培训、迁移等方面较深入地进行了定性和定量的分析 ,构建了农业人力资本投资的一般框架 。

Using theories in human capital and combining the practical situation in China, this paper divides agriculture capital into the general type, skilled type, and managerial type. Based on the division, this paper discusses and analyses the investing model of agriculture human capital, and carries out quantitative and qualitative analysis from the aspects of formal education, health care, skill training, relocation, etc. to establish a general framework for the investment of agriculture human capital, which is beneficial to the development of the agriculture human capital in China.
