摘要
阐述了采用冷挤压加工微车后桥半轴花键的优点 ,设计了冷挤压模具结构 ,对冷挤压中的挤压力进行了计算 ,并提出了挤压前对坯件表面处理 。
This paper expatiates on the advantages of processing half axle spline of back axle of minicars by means of cold extrusion, designs the die structure for cold extrusion, estimates the extrusion pressure in cold extrusion, and puts forward some suggestions of carrying out surface treatment on blanks before extrusion and modifying the die structure after extrusion.
